1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AHK Production ("Company", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the Smart BLE Hub mobile application ("App" or "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Smart BLE Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Smart BLE Hub is a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication and debugging tool for Android devices. The App provides:

• Device Discovery: Scanning and connecting to nearby BLE devices
• Data Communication: Sending and receiving data using multiple encoding formats (ASCII, HEX, Binary)
• Control Templates: Pre-built and custom templates for common BLE device types
• Developer Terminal: Advanced command interface with logging and export capabilities
• Automation Rules: Conditional automation for BLE commands based on sensor values
• Statistics & Analytics: Local tracking of connection metrics and usage patterns
• Converter Tools: Built-in data format converters for protocol debugging

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Smart BLE Hub. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Smart BLE Hub, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Only connect to and interact with BLE devices you own or have explicit permission to access
• Not use the App to interfere with, disrupt, or cause harm to any devices, networks, or systems
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part thereof
• Take responsibility for backing up any important data or configurations
• Ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements for the App

5. Intellectual Property

Smart BLE Hub and all its contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, graphics, text, logos, icons, and code) are owned by AHK Production and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6. Premium Features & Purchases

6.1 Free and Premium Tiers

Smart BLE Hub offers both free features and premium features that require a one-time purchase or subscription. Premium features may include advanced automation, additional templates, customization options, and priority support.

6.2 Payment Processing

All purchases are processed through Google Play Store. Payments are subject to Google Play's terms and conditions. We do not have access to your payment information.

6.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Google Play Store policies. Generally, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase through Google Play.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information
• Warranties of compatibility with all BLE devices or Android versions

BLE device behavior varies by manufacturer, and we cannot guarantee successful communication with all devices.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AHK PRODUCTION AND ITS DEVELOPERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your device or data
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Damage to BLE devices caused by commands sent through the App

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for premium features in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AHK Production and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
